Biotin is fed to dairy cattle for hoof horn quality - it is a slow supplement, working as new horn grows rather than fixing a lame cow this week.

Supplied as a single 18kg block.

Biotin takes months to show, because it only affects horn that grows after you start. It is a herd-level investment in hoof quality over a season, not a treatment. A cow that is lame now needs trimming and a vet, not a block.

This is a solid 18kg block. Freight on that weight is unavoidable, so pickup or combining it with the rest of a paddock order is the sensible way to buy it.

Farm Balance Moo Chew Dairy Block

the Farm Balance range

See the full Farm Balance range - Australian mineral lick blocks, loose licks and stockfeed premixes for cattle and sheep.

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0563/6676/0120/files/default_16e35f3b-2fb9-4e95-b7e8-491e16615e57.jpg?v=1788990388
