horslyx-original-balancer-lick-for-horses
Horslyx Original Balancer Lick for Horses

Horslyx Original is the base formulation of the range: a high-oil, low-sugar lick carrying essential vitamins, minerals and trace elements, with biotin for hoof quality and zinc, copper and omega-3 for skin and coat. It is designed to balance what forage and grazing leave short, for a horse that is not on a fortified hard feed. If your horse already gets a full ration of a balanced hard feed, adding a balancer lick on top is not the point of the product.

Three sizes: the 650g Mini (Horslyx rates it at around three days for one horse), the 5kg stable tub, and the 15kg paddock tub for horses out at grass. A 5kg Holder keeps the stable tub off the floor. Note that the 15kg is a solid block in a heavy tub — worth factoring into the delivery.

Benefits

Biotin — included for hoof horn quality.

Zinc, copper and omega-3 — the skin and coat side of the formulation.

Free access — no mixing and no measuring, and it reaches a horse that leaves powders behind.

Weatherproof — holds together in the paddock rather than dissolving in rain.

Feeding Guide

Offer free access and keep fresh water available.
