A polished curved reflector redirects light and UVB that would otherwise be lost upwards, which is most of the reason a dedicated hood outperforms a bare tube in a generic fitting. It is sized for a 120cm enclosure — check your enclosure length before ordering, because a hood that overhangs will not sit flat.

Features

Polished curved reflector — directs output down into the enclosure.

Electronic T5 HO ballast — rapid start, energy efficient.

Rear rocker switch — and it will run on a timer.

Tube included — a 54W ReptiSun 5.0 T5 HO.

Replacing the tube

The supplied 5.0 tube needs replacing every 12 months.
