PeekAPaw Store Credit Information
What is Our Store Credit?
Store credit is a type of credit that can be used to make purchases at our store. It's similar to a gift card, but it's issued as a credit to your account instead of a physical or electronical card.
How to Use Store Credit
To use store credit, simply add items to your cart and proceed to checkout. If you have store credit available, you'll see an option to apply it to your purchase. Please see the screenshot below.
How to Get Store Credit
We issue store credit through refunds in the following situations (but not limited to):
- Shipping/Pickup Subsidy: When you meet the shipping/pickup subsidy conditions, store credit will be issued as a refund after your order is fulfilled.
- Promotional Discounts: When you meet promotional conditions, additional product discounts will be issued as store credit refunds after your order is fulfilled.
- Order Changes: Any price difference from cancelled or updated orders will be issued as store credit refunds.
Important Notes
- Store credit cannot be converted to cash
- Store credit is non-transferable
- Store credit never expires with PeekAPaw
