Please note that any order containing "PICKUP ONLY" items cannot be shipped.
We ship orders to Australia only. We use Australia Post and Couriers Please. By default, the service of Australia Post is better than Couriers Please, so sometimes we maybe choose Australia Post to ship orders even though Couriers Please was chosen at checkout. Sometimes, we may also choose to deliver your order using our own delivery service, regardless of whether you select Australia Post or Couriers Please.

1. Standard Delivery
We offer free shipping on specific orders to all over Australia under specific conditions below. All the conditions must be met simultaneously.
- Order subtotal is equal or greater than $200

2. Standard AusPost (Australia Post)
This option would always present with a real rate in any case. We don't offer any discount on the postage with this option but we offer a Store Credit for future purchases if the subtotal (excl. postage) is equal or greater than $100. Please see the details of the Store Credit below.
- Amount: $5 for every $100 subtotal without a maximum limit. Example: $5 for subtotal $100-$199.99, $10 for subtotal $200-$299.99, $15 for subtotal $300-$399.99 and so on.
- Expiry Date: Forever
