Refund policy
We have carefully sourced products that we hope both you and your pet will love and we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. So if the product/s you have purchased do not meet your expectations, we are happy to refund the item/s for you. Our return/refund policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
If you are not completely happy with the received item/s or you have ordered the wrong size, just return them to us in a new, resalable condition with the original packaging and tags within 30 days of delivery.
As long as the returned item is in a new, resalable condition upon receipt, we will happily refund your items via your original payment method. Please note that a 3% transaction fee applies to these refunds as this cost is not recovered from the payment processor. However, this fee will be waived if you choose to receive your refund as Store Credit, or if the return is due to an error on our part. The two-way postage costs will be at your expense, unless the item/s received are faulty or not as ordered. Please email us at info@peekapaw.com.au to tell us the reason you want to return so that we can process your request in a timely manner.
We Do Not Accept Return and Refund because of the best before date if our website and also the order confirmation email display it.

Please ensure that all goods returned are suitably packed. We recommend that you insure any goods that are returned to us as we will not be liable for any damage or loss during transit.
Note: All returned products must be free of pet hair, odour (including smoke), damage or signs of usage and in its original packaging with all included materials. We cannot honour refunds for any merchandise that is sent back to us after 30 days, has been used, or is not in its original new condition. Please contact us prior to sending item/s back to arrange the exchange/return.
