A bath-time brush from Dr Chris Brown's Drool range. Its job is to get shampoo through the coat and onto the skin, which is where the dirt, the dander and the itch actually sit — rubbing a wash over the top of a thick coat mostly cleans the outside of it.
It doubles as a massage during the bath, which helps with dogs that dislike the process. It is not a de-shedding tool and will not replace a proper undercoat rake.
How to use
Wet the coat, apply shampoo, then work the brush in circles down to the skin. Rinse the brush and the dog thoroughly.
