The A23 (also sold as 23A, MN21 or V23GA) is a small 12-volt battery about 28mm long and 10mm across. Around pets it turns up in remote-control training collar transmitters, some bark collars and electronic pet doors, as well as car and garage remotes. Check the old battery or the device manual for the code before ordering — A23 and the similar-looking A27 are not interchangeable.
