It is a general cichlid formula, so if you keep strict herbivores such as tropheus you will want to run a green-based food alongside it rather than relying on this alone.

Feeding Guide
- Feed small amounts two to three times a day rather than one large feed
- Only feed what is cleared within two to three minutes
- Keep the tub sealed — humidity is what kills dry food, not time on the shelf
Feed only what is eaten in a few minutes and siphon out anything left. Overfeeding is the single most common cause of a fouled tank.
