The puppy version of Lickin' Layers: the same three spinning discs and the same idea, on a smaller base with over 80 compartments instead of 100. The smaller diameter matters more than the compartment count — a puppy can reach across it without climbing onto it, which is what usually turns a full-size puzzle into a chew toy.
Despite the name it is not a beginner's game. It is still level 2, so a puppy that has never used a puzzle will need you to start with the treats sitting proud of the compartments. The adult size is in the Nina Ottosson collection.
Features
- Sized for puppies — smaller base and shallower layers than the adult version.
- Over 80 compartments — works as a slow feeder for a puppy that bolts its food.
- Freezer friendly — freeze wet food or plain yoghurt into the layers to make it last.
- Food-safe materials — free from BPA, PVC and phthalates.
Safety
Supervise every session. Puppies chew — take the puzzle away once the food is gone rather than leaving it down.
