A plush fetch toy with a giggle tube inside. The tube makes a rolling, chattering noise whenever the toy moves, which is what keeps a dog carrying it around long after a silent plush would have been abandoned under the couch.
There are no batteries and nothing to switch on - the noise comes from air moving through the tube, so it works as long as the toy is intact.
It is plush. A dog that dismantles soft toys will find the tube, and a hard plastic tube is not something you want a determined chewer working on unsupervised. Use it as a supervised fetch toy, not a leave-out chew.
