This is the eight-piece stainless steel attachment comb set for Wahl KM detachable-blade clippers, sizes #1 to #8. The combs clip over a fitted blade to leave a longer coat than the blade alone would cut, which is how you get a scissored-looking finish with a clipper.
Two practical points. First, attachment combs are designed to sit over a specific blade — usually a #30 or #10 — and the finished length depends on that pairing, so read the guide on the pack rather than assuming the number is the length in millimetres. Second, combs only work on a clean, brushed-out coat. Run one through a matted coat and it will jam, drag and pull skin.
Steel combs cost more than plastic ones and last far longer, which is why salons buy them. For occasional home use, plastic is honestly adequate.
