This is the wide-format version of Wahl's eight-piece stainless steel attachment comb set for KM clippers, #1 to #8. Wide combs cover more coat per pass, which on a large dog is the difference between a comfortable groom and a long one.
They only fit wide KM blades. Fitting a wide comb to a standard blade leaves the outer teeth unsupported and cutting nothing, so check what blade you are running before ordering — the narrower KM Stainless Steel Attachment Comb Set is the one for standard blades.
As with any attachment comb, the coat has to be clean and brushed through first. Combs jam in matting and pull skin.
