Wombaroo Clover Pellets are a supplement for small herbivores — rabbits and guinea pigs — not the diet itself. Wombaroo is explicit about the split: about 80% of what these animals eat should be grass hay, with fresh leafy greens and pellets making up the rest, and cereal grains and fruit kept out because the starch and sugar upset the gut. The pellet is clover-based at 22% crude fibre with starch capped at 10%, and it is fortified with vitamin C at 500mg/kg, which guinea pigs cannot make for themselves. PeekAPaw stocks 1.25kg and 20kg, so a two-guinea-pig household and a rescue group both have a pack that gets used while it is fresh. One scoop is 9 grams if you portion by volume.

Directions

Feed Clover Pellets as a nutritional supplement to small herbivores, including rabbits and guinea pigs. 80% of the diet should be grass hay, with the remainder made up of fresh leafy greens and pellets. Avoid feeding large amounts of cereal grains or fruit, as these contain high levels of starch and sugars and may lead to digestive upset.

Feeding Guide

1 scoop = 9 grams of pellets.
