Cat Pro is the cat half of the Australian Dog Pro / Cat Pro value range — plain, complete dry food sold in a small bag and a bulk bag, at a price that makes sense when you are feeding several cats rather than one.
Choosing a size — the 1kg bag is the one to buy first, to see whether your cats will eat it. The 10kg bag is the reason to come back; it works out far cheaper per kilo, but a 10kg bag takes a single cat a long time to get through and dry food goes stale once opened. Buy the size you will finish in about six weeks and keep it sealed and out of the sun.
This is a value-tier food and worth being straight about. It suits healthy adult cats with no known sensitivities. A cat with a skin problem, recurring urinary trouble or a history of fussiness is not the cat to move onto an economy recipe — work out what is going on first.
