Natural insect repellent creme and lotion
Nature's Botanical is an Australian repellent range built on citronella and cedarwood oils, made up as a thick creme, a roll-on and a pump spray. It is widely used on horses, riders and working dogs.
Essential-oil repellents need reapplying more often than synthetic ones, especially on a sweating horse or after rain. Patch-test on a small area first — a few animals react to the oils.
