Perrfect Cat is a bentonite clumping litter in an 8kg bag - a practical single-cat size that is still liftable, at a price that suits changing trays without thinking about it.
How clumping changes the routine
Liquid is sealed into a firm clump you lift out whole, so you scoop daily, top up weekly and do a full change only occasionally. Fill the tray to about 5-7cm; too shallow and clumps stick to the base, which is the single most common complaint about clumping litter.
Worth knowing
Clay is heavier than paper or wood for the same tray depth and fine grains travel on paws, so a mat at the entrance earns its keep. Never flush clumps - bentonite sets hard in plumbing.
