Five readings from one dip — pH, nitrite, nitrate, carbonate hardness and general hardness — with no tubes, drops or waiting. This is the weekly walk-past test: quick enough that you will actually do it, which matters more than precision for spotting a pond heading the wrong way.
What it does not read is ammonia, which is the reading that matters most in spring when fish start feeding before the filter has caught up. For that, and for the numbers you would act on, the Pond Master Test Kit uses liquid reagents.
What is in the pack
- 25 test strips in a snap-tight tube
- Colour chart on the label
Keeping them accurate
Dry hands only — a wet finger in the tube spoils the remaining strips. Close the cap firmly, store somewhere cool and dry, and read in good light.
