High Joule is the most energy-dense feed in the CopRice horse range, for horses that will not hold weight or condition on a standard ration. Energy density cuts both ways: it is the feed for a hard keeper or a horse in heavy work, and the wrong one for a pony or a good doer.
Feeding & Use
Feed alongside good roughage and introduce slowly — 10 to 14 days is sensible for a feed this concentrated. Weigh feeds and reassess condition every couple of weeks.
Storage
Keep the bag closed, off the ground and out of direct sun. Bulk feed keeps best somewhere cool and dry, and once a bag is open, vermin-proof storage matters more than the bag itself.
