Clever Cat MBS is the cat-labelled version of Dynavyte's fermented synbiotic — Bacillus subtilis (Natto), which also produces vitamin K2, plus the prebiotic that feeds it, in a 250ml bottle sized for a single cat.
Be realistic about palatability: this is a molasses-based fermented liquid and some cats will refuse it outright over dry food. Start by mixing a small amount into wet food. It is a daily supplement, not a treatment — a cat with ongoing diarrhoea or weight loss needs a vet. The dog version is the same formula at a different dose rate.
