EVM Premium Blend is the flagship of the Equine Vit&Min range — a concentrated vitamin and mineral balancer formulated to supply what the equine diet routinely lacks, at levels set for horses that are actually working. It is aimed at competitive athletes, breeding mares and stallions, foals and ageing horses.
If your horse is spelling or in light work, the elevated nutrient levels here are more than it needs and EVM Essentials is the cheaper, better-matched blend. If the pasture is high-oxalate kikuyu or another C4 grass, calcium is the binding constraint and you want EVM TropiCAL Blend instead. Sold as a 2.8kg foil sachet, 4.8kg foil sachet and 20kg box. Benefits
- Full-spectrum cover — macro minerals, chelated trace minerals, vitamins A, D, E and K, and the full B group in one serve.
- Set for working horses — nutrient levels pitched at performance and breeding rather than maintenance.
- Live yeast probiotics — included alongside the mineral base.
- Concentrated — a 60g scoop covers a standard horse, so a 20kg box goes a long way.
