EVM TropiCAL-Pro Blend is the working-horse version of Equine Vit&Min's oxalate corrector — a multi-vitamin and mineral blend rich in calcium, formulated to fix calcium to oxalate ratios for horses grazing kikuyu and other high-oxalate C4 grasses, with the added vitamins and live yeast probiotics that performance, breeding and growing horses need.
Compared with the standard EVM TropiCAL Blend it carries a fuller vitamin profile and live Saccharomyces cerevisiae, and slightly more salt. Note that the calcium figure is actually a little lower per serve than the standard blend (26.1g against 31.3g), so the Pro version is about the added vitamins and probiotics, not about more calcium — a resting horse on oxalate pasture is well served by the standard blend. Available in a 4.8kg foil bag and a 20kg box. More Horse Supplies.
Benefits
- Oxalate correction plus performance cover — both jobs in one product, so you are not feeding two supplements.
- Live yeast probiotics — Saccharomyces cerevisiae, not present in the standard TropiCAL Blend.
- Full vitamin profile — A, D, E, K and the B group.
- Salt at 40.5g per serve — aimed at horses sweating in humid, subtropical conditions.
