Prep & Show Mix is the preparation and showing feed in the FeedRite horse range — for horses being brought up into condition and bloom for the show ring, a sale or a photo. Preparation feeds are aimed at cover and coat rather than raw work energy, which is what separates them from a racing or performance bag.
Condition takes time. A prep feed started three weeks out will not do what one started three months out does, and a horse being pushed for condition quickly is a horse at risk of gut upset. Build the rate slowly and keep roughage high the whole way through.

Feeding
Feed with pasture, hay or chaff, split across at least two feeds a day at higher rates. Feeding rates and the full guaranteed analysis are on the bag.
