The canister body itself — the tub the motor head clamps onto. It is the part you need after a crack, a split base or a drop during a water change. Fluval does not publish what ships with the case, so assume you are buying the bare body: media baskets, clips, the motor head and the gasket are all separate parts, and it is worth pricing those before deciding a whole new filter is not the better call.
Two variants: 105/106 and 305/306. If the case is fine and only the latch has snapped, the filter case clip is the part you want.
