These are Go Cat's shorter teaser wands — an 18 inch rod with a feather or sparkler attachment on the end. The short rod gives you close control, which makes them well suited to small spaces, to kittens, and to play on the floor or a bed rather than across a room.
If you want the long sweeping arcs that get a cat leaping, the full-size Da Bird teaser wand is the better buy. These shorter wands trade reach for control.
Styles
- Cat Tail Feather 18in — a long soft feather with a slow, drifting movement.
- Peacock Sparkler 18in and Sparkler 18in — mylar sparkle that catches the light, for cats that respond to visual movement more than texture.
- Sparkle Kitty Duster 18in — a fuller duster head, easy for a cat to grab and hold.
- Wild Thing 18in — a shaggy attachment with more drag through the air.
- Wild Thing Long — the same attachment on Go Cat's longer rod, for more reach.
Care and safety
- Feathers and sparkle strands are consumable and will wear with enthusiastic use.
- Store out of reach between sessions — these are supervised-play toys.
- Replace the attachment once it is chewed through rather than letting a cat swallow loose strands.
