Cleaned black sunflower seed — thinner shelled and higher in oil than grey, which is why cockatoos, galahs and wild birds take it readily. It is a single high-fat seed, not a diet. Fed unrestricted to a caged bird it will cause weight gain and can crowd out the rest of the ration.
