A compact live-catch wire cage trap measuring 20.5 x 13 x 9cm. The wire construction lets you see whether it has caught anything without opening it, and the smaller footprint fits behind appliances and in cupboards where the larger galvanised trap will not.
Live-catch only works if you check it. A trap left for days is not humane. In a home with pets or poultry it is also the safer option than poison, which carries a secondary poisoning risk.
Use
Bait with peanut butter, oats or chocolate and set it flat against a wall where you have seen droppings. Check at least once every 24 hours and release well away from buildings.
