Gold Pellet is a concentrated vitamin, mineral and amino acid pellet designed to sit on top of a traditional grain and roughage diet and bring it up to requirement for work or growth. It is a supplement, not a feed — it is fed by the handful, so it will not put condition on a horse by itself.
