KONG Purrsuit Whirlwind is a battery-powered cat toy that spins itself across hard floors while a long tail twitches along behind it, which gives your cat a moving target with nobody holding the other end. The path it takes is deliberately erratic, and the body is shaped to bump back out of corners rather than stall there — corners being where most self-propelled toys quietly end their run. A built-in timer cuts the motion after fifteen minutes, so one session does not flatten the batteries or the cat's interest.
