KONG Licks is a ridged lick mat that turns a spoonful of soft food into several minutes of work. Three sizes are stocked — Small, Large and XLarge — which KONG matches to dogs of roughly 9 kg and under, 14–29 kg, and 27–41 kg. Spread peanut butter, wet food, yoghurt or KONG Easy Treat across the surface, press the two suction cups onto tile, glass or the side of a bath, and the mat stays put while your dog works it clean. The mat holds food; it is not food, so nothing changes in the bowl.

KONG lists the mat as 100% TPE (thermoplastic elastomer), a soft flexible plastic. Approximate footprints are Small 7.5 × 12 cm, Large 11.5 × 18 cm and XLarge 16.5 × 27 cm.
