KONG Dog Toys Puppy Tires

A tyre with a channel running around the middle: press puppy paste or kibble into the KONG Puppy Tires and a young dog has to turn it over and over to clear the track, which is what makes it last longer than a plain chew. The rubber is KONG's puppy formula, soft enough for gums that are still sore, and the tyre shape rolls off unevenly when you throw it. Stocked in Small and Medium/Large, in assorted pink or blue.

Size and materials

100% natural rubber. KONG lists the smaller size at about 8.9 cm across and 3.2 cm thick, for dogs up to roughly 9 kg. Wash in warm soapy water and air dry, and retire the toy once the rubber is torn.
