Sold in Large and measuring 22 inches — about 56 cm — the KONG Signature Rope 22'' Double Tug is a braided cotton and fleece rope made for two-ended tug. Length is what it buys you: a person can take one end and a dog the other, or two people can run a controlled game, with no hands near a mouth at any point. The Signature braid absorbs a hard pull instead of transmitting it, and the fibres pass between the teeth while a dog chews. It is a tug and chew rope, not a fetch toy — there is no weighted end to throw.

Care
Check the braid before every session and take the toy away once it begins to unravel. Rope is a supervised toy: strands that come loose should not be swallowed, and a rope left with a dog all day will be eaten rather than played with.
