The KONG Squeezz Ball is a thermoplastic rubber fetch ball built around one useful idea: the squeaker sits recessed inside the body rather than pressed against the shell, so it carries on sounding even after a tooth has been through the surface. Most squeaky balls go quiet the first time a dog punctures them. The outside is textured rather than smooth, which gives the ball grip in a wet mouth and gives the teeth something to work on between throws. Supplied in assorted colours, so the one you receive may not match the photograph.

Size and materials

100% TPR, made in China. Rinse in warm soapy water and air dry. Inspect the shell before each throw and replace the ball once the rubber has actually torn rather than simply been punctured.
