The KONG Squeezz Orbitz Ball is not quite a ball: the surface is broken into raised segments, so it lands on an edge and skids away at an angle instead of rolling true. That is the whole reason to throw one — a dog that has learned to read the path of a normal ball has to chase this one properly. A squeaker inside sounds when the toy is grabbed, and the segmented, grippy surface gives a wet mouth something to hold on to. Size and materials

Moulded rubber. Rinse in warm soapy water and air dry. Inspect the segments for tears before each session and replace the toy once the shell is breached.
