A pressurised pond filter with a UV clarifier built in. Being pressurised is the practical advantage: the filter can be buried to the rim beside the pond and still push water up to a waterfall, where a gravity filter has to sit above the water line in plain view.
Size on the pond, then on the fish. The model numbers refer to pond volume in litres, and those figures assume a lightly stocked pond — with koi, or a pond in full sun, step up a size. An undersized filter is the most common reason a pond stays cloudy no matter how often it is cleaned.

Running it
Run the pump continuously through the warmer months — UV only treats the water that passes it, and the bacteria in the foam die back if flow stops. Replace the UV lamp every 12 months and backwash whenever the cleaning indicator rises. Rinse foam in pond water, never tap water.
Consumables: UVC Replacement Lamp, Foam Inserts and Quartz Sleeve. Pumps: Max-Flo Waterfall & Filter Pump.
