The quartz sleeve flange supplied with its screws — the collar that clamps the sleeve into the UVC head, plus the fixings that hold it. Buying them together is the sensible option, because the screws sit in a permanently wet housing and are usually the reason the flange has to come off in the first place.

Isolate power. Tighten evenly in a cross pattern, only as far as the seal needs — uneven pressure cracks quartz.
