The Slodog is the flat plate in the LickiMat range and it does a different job from the lick mats. Instead of holding soft food in a texture, it spreads dry kibble out across a bone-shaped plate with raised dividers, so a dog has to pick pieces up individually instead of inhaling a bowl.
Buy it for the dog that eats a bowl of biscuits in fifteen seconds and then hiccups — fast eating is uncomfortable and, in deep-chested breeds, a risk factor worth taking seriously. This is the Small size, which suits small breeds and puppies; a large dog will simply reach across the whole plate at once and defeat the purpose.
Three colours: Black, Pink and Turquoise.
