Lambli carries glycerol at 20% as a readily available energy source for ewes in late pregnancy. The target is pregnancy toxaemia — twin-bearing ewes in the last few weeks cannot physically eat enough to meet demand, and glycerol is a glucose precursor that helps close that gap.
Timing and honesty both matter here. The block belongs in the paddock before ewes go down, not after; a ewe already showing signs of pregnancy toxaemia needs individual treatment, not a block. Condition scoring the mob and feeding accordingly does more than any single supplement.
Feeding & Use
Introduce in the final six to eight weeks of pregnancy. Place where ewes camp or water and provide enough blocks for the mob. Always provide clean, fresh water.
Handling
A 15kg solid block. This is a heavy item; see the shipping note at checkout.
