Chase Meowtain is the big one in the Catstages track range - a multi-level tower with balls running between levels, so a cat that loses a ball on the top tier follows it down rather than losing interest.
The height is the useful part. A flat track only rewards a cat that lies down and paws sideways; a tower gets them up on their back legs, which is closer to how a cat actually hunts and burns more energy in the same ten minutes.
It takes floor space and it is not quiet. If the toy lives in a bedroom you will hear balls rattling at 4am - put it in a hallway or a living area instead.
Features
- Multi-level track - balls run between tiers
- Encourages stretching up - more physical than a flat track
- Solo play - the cat can use it unsupervised
