GlowSilk Protein Conditioner is the post-shampoo step in the GlowSilk pair, in a 250ml bottle. It is aimed at long and tangle-prone coats — spaniels, poodle crosses, anything that mats behind the ears and under the legs between grooms.
A conditioner makes a coat easier to comb; it does not undo an existing mat. If your dog is already matted to the skin, the mats need to come out with clippers before a bath, not after one — wetting a matted coat tightens it and makes the job worse. Use this to keep a coat that is currently in good order from getting there.
How to use
- Shampoo first with GlowSilk Shampoo Concentrate and rinse
- Work the conditioner through the coat, leave for a minute or two
- Rinse thoroughly — residue attracts dirt
- Towel dry and comb through while damp
Avoid the eyes and ears. Patch test on sensitive skin. Not for use on cats.
