Pooches N Cream makes dog shampoos, conditioners and pet deodorisers. Two lines are stocked here: GlowSilk, a dilute-before-use shampoo concentrate with a matching protein conditioner, and a range of spray-on pet deodorisers in three fragrances.
GlowSilk is a concentrate — that is the reason to buy it, because a bottle makes far more washing solution than the same volume of ready-to-use shampoo. It is also the thing people get wrong: neat concentrate is too strong on a coat and hard to rinse out, and under-rinsed shampoo is a common cause of post-bath itching. Dilute it first, then rinse until the water runs clear.
The deodorisers cover odour, they do not clean — use them on a coat that is basically clean, between baths. A dog that smells strongly and consistently usually has something going on with its skin, ears or teeth, and spraying over it just delays finding out.
Patch test on sensitive skin, keep everything out of eyes and ears, and do not use dog shampoo on cats.
