ProviCo Enhance is a whole milk extender — a powder blended into whole milk to stretch the volume available for rearing calves. It is aimed at dairies with more calves than saleable-surplus milk, where the choice is otherwise between short-feeding calves and buying in a full replacer.
An extender is not the same product as a milk replacer. It is designed to be added to milk, not to stand in for it, and the ratio matters — over-extending the milk gives you a thin feed that fails calves in exactly the weeks they can least afford it. If you are rearing without any whole milk at all, a full replacer from the ProfeLAC range is the right product instead.

Mixing
Mixing rate, water and milk temperatures and storage instructions are printed on the bag and are worth following exactly — milk mixed at the wrong concentration or the wrong temperature is a leading cause of scours in reared calves.
