Fungazol is a registered topical antifungal cream carrying econazole nitrate at 10mg per gram — an actual antifungal drug rather than a general-purpose antiseptic. Use it where a fungal skin condition has been identified; for wounds and bacterial problems, a zinc-based dressing is the more appropriate choice.

Directions
Clean dirt and dried discharge from the area, then apply liberally into and around the affected area twice daily until the condition resolves.
