The sponge the brand is built on. Scrub Daddy is moulded from FlexTexture foam, which is firm in cold water and soft in warm water, so the same sponge does scrubbing and wiping depending on the tap you use. The open cell structure rinses out food and pet hair rather than trapping it, which is the main reason it turns up in households with a shedding dog.
It is scratch-free on most household surfaces, but it is not an abrasive — baked-on grill mess is a job for Scour Daddy, and marks on painted walls are a job for Eraser Daddy.
Features
- Temperature-controlled texture — firm in cold water, soft in warm water
- Scratch-free — safe on most household surfaces
- Rinses clean — the open structure flushes out food and hair
- Shaped for fingers — the eye holes take a finger for cleaning cutlery
Care
Rinse after use and store somewhere it can dry — a Sponge Caddy keeps it off the sink edge. Dishwasher safe on the top rack.
