Estimate shipping
The sensor the thermostat reads to decide when to run the compressor. A probe that has drifted or failed shows up as a display reading that disagrees with a glass thermometer, short cycling, or an error on the panel — and it is a far cheaper first thing to replace than a thermostat.
Probes are not interchangeable between series even where the plug looks similar. Match it to your model.
