A short-course syrup fed twice daily for seven days, usually when dust, travel or a change of stabling has a horse working harder to breathe. It is a nutritional supplement, not a medicine — a horse with a persistent cough or a temperature needs a vet, not a syrup.

Sugar syrup, cane molasses and glycerine base with pine, anise, eucalyptus, rosemary and thyme oils and licorice root extract. Added iodine at 150mg per litre.
