Give it time and watch the calories. Coat changes from a fatty acid supplement take six to eight weeks to show, because you are waiting on new hair to grow. It is also pure oil — roughly 9 calories a gram — so on an overweight pet, take the equivalent out of the daily food ration rather than adding it on top.
Dose
1g per 7kg of bodyweight per day, given orally. One gram is about 1.5mL, or one pump from the 250mL pack.
