An upright panel of chewable textures that stands against the side of the enclosure. The vertical format is the useful part: an animal that has started on skirting boards or cage bars is chewing at a wall, and a wall is what this gives it instead.
The large panel measures 28 x 18cm. Buy on enclosure size rather than animal size — a panel that crowds a small hutch will just get pushed over.
Why a chew earns its place
Rabbit and rodent teeth grow continuously, and an animal with nothing to work on finds something — usually skirting boards, cage bars or cable. Giving it a chew it is allowed to destroy is the practical fix, and it deals with the boredom at the same time.

Supervise the first few sessions, and replace a chew once it is worn down to pieces small enough to swallow whole. Keep fresh water available.
