The bird stands on it and works it apart, so it lasts far longer than the same weight of loose seed — but the 1.18kg is the whole bar including the perch, not a daily portion.
Suits macaw varieties, conures, Amazon parrots, cockatoos, galahs, corellas, king parrots, African grey parrots and other large parrots. There is a smaller version for small birds, the Small Parrot Percher, and a mid-size Medium & Large Parrot Percher.

Feeding Guide
Place the treat inside the cage using the hook provided. Provide your bird with fresh food each day. Make it easy for your bird to remove the nutritious kernels by discarding the empty husk.
