Whiteley Medizyme is an enzymatic detergent, 5L, for pre-cleaning surgical instruments. Enzymes break down blood, protein and fatty soil so instruments come clean before they go to the steriliser, which matters because sterilising does not work properly on dirty instruments. Dilute and soak as directed on the label.
